So they are getting a police officer to do a paramedics job as well and saving 50 grand, and for example woodbury gives their officers only a 7% bump for paramedic thats pretty low. NOt to mention you are off the street for 14+ months going to paramedic school...Screw that. Oh yeah think you had a lot fo training time and court time as a cop?
I am hoping to become a police officer after I get my Degree in criminal Justice with my focus on policing. Anyways, they ask for any volunteer experience on the application. What can you suggest that looks good? Should I just volunteer for whatever comes up or are there things that look better than others? Thanks for your help.
